Ologies: The Science of Anthropology and Paleontology

Arizona Museum of Natural History is opening its latest entirely bilingual (English and Spanish) exhibit, Ologies: The Science of Anthropology and Paleontology, focusing on our research collections and behind the scenes museum work.

Arizona Museum of Natural History has two research departments, Anthropology and Paleontology. Both departments oversee a variety of collection types. The Ologies exhibit introduces visitors to these departments to give our public a behind the scenes look at museum work. The exhibit covers what anthropology and paleontology are, the kinds of objects in their collections, how objects become part of the collection, and how objects help scientists study the past. All label copy is in both English and Spanish.
